Read through all documents including the Investor OM, Operating Agreement, Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Subscription Agreement.

  • . Digitally Sign the Subscription Agreement. Sponsors will validate form is filled out correctly.
  • . This is a 506(c) offering which means it's for accredited investors only. You will need to verify your accreditation via:
    •    . Free Accreditation from Parallel Markets OR
    •    . Signed letter from your personal CPA or Attorney (we can provide a draft letter for reference)
  • . Wire funds within 3 days of approval
  • . Wait for the first properties to close!

We will be taking investors on a first come first serve basis. Participation in the project is not confirmed until Funds have been received.
